Most professional athletes have several coaches. These are the best-of-the-best, yet they need constant coaching. So do you and I.
Most sessions are 1 hour each, except our per-minute coaching.
After an initial assessment we will identify target areas and coach accordingly.

As a small guy from a small home town I had very low self-confidence. I used to live life from the outside in rather than the inside out. My public speaking along with face to face direct sales and training to several thousand individuals has allowed me to effectively communicate on a personal level.
I have been a student of what I coach. It has made a profound difference in my life. After a tough struggle with a divorce I became depressed and starting seeking comfort in all the wrong places! Things got worse. I then struggled with many destructive addictions. I didn’t like myself or who I had become. I didn’t like where I had been or where I was headed. If this sounds familiar – hang on! You WILL overcome.
Today, I am free! As you might expect, I am more excited about life than I’ve ever been. Or, as we say back home, I’m happier than a thrown back catfish!
