Most professional athletes have several coaches. These are the best-of-the-best, yet they need constant coaching. So do you and I.

Most sessions are 1 hour each, except our per-minute coaching.

After an initial assessment we will identify target areas and coach accordingly.

As a small guy from a small home town I had very low self-confidence. I used to live life from the outside in rather than the inside out. My public speaking along with face to face direct sales and training to several thousand individuals has allowed me to effectively communicate on a personal level.

I have been a student of what I coach. It has made a profound difference in my life. After a tough struggle with a divorce I became depressed and starting seeking comfort in all the wrong places! Things got worse. I then struggled with many destructive addictions. I didn’t like myself or who I had become. I didn’t like where I had been or where I was headed. If this sounds familiar – hang on! You WILL overcome.

Today, I am free! As you might expect, I am more excited about life than I’ve ever been. Or, as we say back home, I’m happier than a thrown back catfish!

The strategies that worked for me is what I coach today. Maybe you’re just looking for ideas. This is not a “one size fits all” plan. It has the flexibility to offer insight on areas that are specific to your life.

    I Born to Win by James A. Smith, I’d have to say it not only changed my life, but saved it. Paired with personal coaching, James helped me out of the funk I had fallen into. After a couple years struggling with life, even with God, I was in an isolated place within my own mind. My doctor said I was dying and I didn’t really care. I had lost my will to live. James must have sensed this when we spoke. He gave me assignments and asked so many questions as we walked through his book together. For example, to set goals one needs to have desires. I couldn’t see any, felt I had none. He helped me see. Also, the words, the assignments, all helped me realize I could work through my pain in a positive way.

    I just wanted to give an update on my life coaching with James. In a previous testimony I was battling trying to stay positive and enjoying my life. Well the reason I was even struggling with this was I was in a relationship with a man I was not happy with. But with my low self esteem and my fear of being alone, I continued to be with him. But through counseling I realized that there will be pain leaving a man I love but it will be worth it in the end. I will feel better about myself and my self esteem should start to rise. As of now, it has been three weeks since I left him. I will be honest…IT IS PAINFUL!! It has been a very messy breakup, emotionally I didn’t think I could do it. I wanted to go back to him several times. My ex played awful mind games….it really has been awful. But everytime I felt the urge to call my ex, I would call James and he was always willing to talk to me. He also has good timing with his inspirational text messages. It would give me some hope. Mostly James said I need to start with simple things…1) reading and listening to positive information 2) looking at myself in the mirror and doing wht he calls in his book the “self talk” 3) changing my thought process to think positive 4) pray. I am not a big believer in prayer (God will do as He wants is my feeling). But the other day I found myself praying “Lord get me through this lonely weekend-so I’m not tempted to speak to (my ex)” It was a weekend full of family and friends and a night of guidance with James that I did not plan. My prayer was answered.James has me focusing on the outcome, my future, my reward for all this pain….a better way of life for me.

I am not a check the box kind of person and am amazed at how much pride I take checking off things I added to my custom list like self talk, praying, reading God’s word, exercise, eating healthy, and thinking positive thoughts. It has kinda turned me into my own cheerleader as well. I have gained a lot of needed confidence through your coaching and techniques.I am really looking forward to us focusing on my purpose in life next.Thanks for feeding me daily with your encouragement & cheering me on!To anyone reading this, James is as “real” of a person you could ever meet, and lives life as a man after God’s own heart.Thanks for making this world we live in a better place by investing your gifts in God’s people.
