Fully-certified since 2008, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout the United States, facilitating their self-growth and helping them create, and then achieve their goals. I help identify self-sabotaging behaviors that may be blocking the obtainment of those goals, then help create a solution focused set of goals, that match the client’s skill set and belief system. I believe in the “Bio-Individuality” of each client, understanding there is not one particular philosophy or method that works for all personality types.
Addiction, Stress, Lack of Motivation, Weight Issues, “Failure to Launch”, Under-Performance, Hopelessness, and Directionless, are some of the description of issues, or symptoms, I see in my practice. I serve all ages and backgrounds. I am often the resource of “last resort”, after more traditional methods have failed. I work with traditional therapists, counselors and doctors.
