As the Executive Assistant you will provide executive level support to our team. The successful candidate will have prior executive administrative experience with the ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational and professional communication skills. Duties will include proofreading, editing and distributing reports, scheduling meetings, travel and appointments, project coordination support to the principal and project managers, as well as be responsible for billing. General administrative duties will also include filing, copying, project administrative support, report duplication, maintaining contact database entry.
A high level of coordination, multi-tasking, and organization is required to provide support for multiple projects and assignment. Candidates must be self-sufficient and have the ability work in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Qualified candidate will be available some nights/weekend and county to county regional events as well as a few out of state events.
